The Quote Assist is provided by Survivors, LLC. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including the setup fee and your first monthly payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at jerad@emortgagecapital.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.

Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
